There's another big crisis looming in Europe, and it's got nothing to do with debt on the eurozone's periphery. It's Belgium's split between the Dutch-speaking Flemings in the north, and the French-speaking Walloons in the south. So is a break-up of the country a realistic prospect? Simon Wilson investigates.
